User Agreement (Terms of Service) – Parkspot.ai

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Parkspot.ai ("we", "our", "Service"), you ("User") agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

3. Account Registration

• Maintain account confidentiality and confidentiality of your login credentials
  
  

• Take full responsibility for all activity under your account
  
  

4. Subscription & Billing

4.2 Pricing & Modifications

• Prices and features may change at any time without prior notice.

• You may cancel anytime via the app or billing platform.
  
  

• Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle. No refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  
  

• Violate laws or infringe on third-party rights
  
  

• Use bots, scrapers, or automation tools
  
  

• Abuse any promotions, free trials, system features in unintended ways
  
  

• Upload harmful code or malware
  
  

6. Banning & Termination

We reserve full rights to:

• Suspend, ban, or delete any account at any time at our sole discretion without prior notice
  
  

• Take immediate action without prior notice for any misconduct or suspicious activity
  
  

• Deny access to anyone for any reason
  
  

Termination decisions are final and non-negotiable.

7. Service Availability & Changes

The Service is provided “as is”.

We may:

• Modify or remove any feature at any time without notice
  
  

• Temporarily or permanently shut down the Service without prior notice
  
  

• Limit usage based on technical capacity or business decisions without prior notice
  
  

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property (IP), trademarks, branding, code, design, and data belong to Parkspot.ai. Users receive no ownership or license except what’s explicitly granted.

9. User-Generated Content

If users submit feedback, suggestions, or reviews, we reserve the right to:

• Use, edit, display, and share this content without compensation
  
  

• Assign perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free usage rights
  
  

10. Beta & Experimental Features

You may receive early access to beta features. These may:

• Contain bugs and be unstable

• Be Provided without warranties
  
  

• Be changed or removed at any time
  
  

• Be used at your own risk
  
  

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., disasters, war, power outages, internet disruptions, strikes, etc.).

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  
  

• Data loss, loss of access, or any user-generated errors
  
  

• Failures or interruptions outside our control
  
  

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

13. Severability

If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
